Design Engineers
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the effective use of the latest or more recent releases of AutoCAD and SolidWorks in the design of cast metal components. In these positions you will create original design, modify existing designs, and reverse engineer components for manufacture in our foundry. We have complete pattern making capability, a well-equipped machine shop and fabrication specialists.
Demonstrated mechanical design experience interpreting customer equipment and facility issues into workable manufacturing drawings for customer approval and our shop use are required. Some travel may be required as product familiarity warrants.
A four year degree in Mechanical Engineering is a usual requisite. Applicants with Associate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and years of demonstrated experience will be considered.
Maintenance Mechanics
This position requires candidates to have at least five years experience trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant manufacturing equipment. Included are overhead cranes, sand delivery systems, conveyors, ovens, rotoblast machines, forklifts, welders, hoists, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Applicants need to be available to work any of our work shifts.
